No Shipping, No Returns, No Refunds. We sell digital products only. Nothing physical is shipped.
1. Delivery of Digital Items
- Access is provided digitally—via download link, account area, or email—after successful payment.
- Please keep your email and order details safe for future reference.
2. All Sales Final (No Refunds)
- Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once a purchase is completed.
- Please review product descriptions and compatibility notes before purchasing.
3. 7-Day Setup & File-Integrity Support
- If you encounter file corruption or setup/implementation issues, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
- Email: support@xpertshire.com (include your order ID, product name, and a brief description).
- We will help restore access, replace corrupted files, or assist you in correctly setting up the code.
- Support covers installation/usage as documented. It does not include custom development or new features.
4. License & Fair Use
- Your license is personal/non-transferable unless stated otherwise on the product page.
- Redistribution, reselling, or public sharing of the files is prohibited.
5. Chargebacks
If you have any problem, please contact support first. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in license revocation and account restrictions.
