These Terms & Conditions (“Terms of Use”) govern your access to and use of dealhot.in and related services, applications, and tools (collectively, the “Platform”). The Platform is owned and operated by NEXOVATE ECOMMERCE SOLUTIONS (“Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”) with registered office at Plot No. 52, Raza Nagar ke Pass, Kota, Rajasthan, India.

ACCESSING, BROWSING OR USING THE PLATFORM CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS.

1. Who May Use the Platform

“You”, “your”, or “user” refers to any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you have the capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

2. Nature of Services (Digital Goods)

• We sell digital products (e.g., code, templates, digital assets). No physical goods are shipped.
• Upon purchase, access is provided digitally (download link, account area, or email).
• For file corruption or setup issues, see the 7-day support clause below.

3. Account, Accuracy & Security

• You must provide true, accurate, and complete information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account and for safeguarding your login credentials.

4. Pricing & Payment

• You agree to pay all charges associated with your purchases on the Platform.
• Taxes (if applicable) are additional and will be shown at checkout.

5. Intellectual Property & License

• All content on the Platform—including design, layout, code, graphics, text, and media—is our property or licensed to us.
• On purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product as described on its product page.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the digital product unless expressly permitted.

6. Support Window (7 Days)

If you face file corruption or setup/implementation issues, email support@xpertshire.com within 7 days of purchase. We will assist you in setting up the code correctly. This support does not include custom feature development or changes beyond the product’s documented scope.

7. Prohibited Use

• Do not use the Platform for unlawful or prohibited activities.
• Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or attempt to compromise Platform security.

8. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Such sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

• We provide information and digital products “as is” and “as available”.
• We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or digital products.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

12. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, internet failures, or governmental actions.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms or suspected unlawful conduct.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kota, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Please review this page periodically for updates. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
